We’ve all dealt with a person who has a negative attitude and always complains. And well all know how a rotten attitude can bring the atmosphere of a situation down. 

With Wilson Hospitality, you get an upbeat and happy atmosphere as we aim for positivity and excellent attitudes. Things won’t always go perfectly, but we will always get the job done with a smile and a positive attitude.

Toby Wilson

Hi! I’m Toby Wilson, dedicated husband and proud father to 3 young men. It may seem like life is a breeze for me: great business, loving wife, and 3 wonderful kids, and trust me, I’m beyond blessed. But that doesn’t mean it all came easily. From a young age, I learned to work hard for what I wanted which is how I’ve ended up where I am today.

At age 16, I got my first job as a busboy. By 18, I worked my way up in the hotel business to be a front desk supervisor at Hampton Inn University Property. Soon after, I earned my degrees in Corporate Finance & Investment Management from the University of Alabama- Roll Tide! By 22, I become a member of the management team at Hampton Inn.

Fast forward 5 years of dedication and work, I founded Wilson Hospitality with two properties in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Since then, Wilson Hospitality has grown and won many awards and honors as have I. But none of that would be possible without the passion and love I have for what I do. Hospitality is more than a job to me: it’s a lifestyle and a purpose. I love what I do and do what I can to ensure my team loves what they do.

When you choose Wilson Hospitality, you’re choosing me: the 16-year-old busboy who found what he loved and pursued that love to create the business of his dreams. And the business of YOUR dreams.
